The board of directors, in accordance with our by-laws, has alerted all members to the date and time of the annual membership meeting:

In an effort to support a board of directors that meets the modern needs of members, and to recruit and provide engaged board members, the board will be proposing changes to the by-laws, as outlined below. These changes include the elimination of several board positions, including: past president, president elect, and education co-chairs.
